If I install Battlefield Bad Company 2 on my XP computer then wan't to upgrade to 7 can I?

Hi guys.

I am going to install Battlefield Bad Company 2 on my XP machine tomorrow (Disc version, not steam) and I am wondering that if I later on in a few months upgrade to Windows 7 (of course clean install) will I need to buy the game again? ThanksIf I install Battlefield Bad Company 2 on my XP computer then wan't to upgrade to 7 can I?
