Did you try uninstalling it and reinstalling it? If not it may just be the server being down or something.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Crashes Online?
I just purchased the physical copy of Battlefield bad Company 2, I can`t play online. Every time I go into a game, right before it starts the game crashes to the desktop. I meet the system requirements but the game wont start. Whats wrong?Battlefield Bad Company 2 Crashes Online?
